    Just finished candito 8 week V2 program today. Today was test day. I only had time to test bench but I started the program with a 1RM 225lb bench and finished today with a 1RM 250lb. I’m 250lb 6ft and prob sit around 25-30% body fat. Ive also been on a slight calorie deficit to get that body fat down for prob about 10 weeks. I would give this program a 10/10. Thanks Johnny. It’s been awesome to see the strength gains and I will say the wife thinks so too. 😉

    405/315/500 SBD, 225 OHP, 1 arm DB OHP the 100's. I am currently at 90% of these numbers. Once I finish in the next several years it will shift to maintaining my physique and spending more time on different types of cardio. I would like to swim for 1 continuous mile.

    I know you won't see this, but I ran your program for 5 cycles (8 or 9 months) my squat went from 140kg to 160kg, my bench 106kg to 115kg and my deadlift was weird af. It went from 172kg to 184kg ONLY after the first cycle..never progressed after that. Not sure why, maybe it wasn't enough volume. Your program obviously was designed to focus on the squat. Hence, it significantly jumped from 140kg to 160kg.

    My strength goal is to continue with my bench progressing nicely (2pl8 for 4 the other day), get back my squat strength and hit 3pl8 and 4pl8 on my DL, though these are gonna take some time since I just came back to them after months of chronic knee and back pain. Ohp wise, I can do 1pl for 4 so maybe something like 80kg x5, and be able to do +20kg weighted chinups again, now at 95kg bw

    Primary goal of my life with lifting as a whole: 405 bench, 515 squat, and 585 deadlift while weighing between 180 and 200 lbs bodyweight lean by age 40. Currently 28 weigh 160 lbs. Best bench is 315, squat 415, and deadlift 500.

    Do you guys drink beat juice before trying a big lift? Beat juice is shown in scientific studies to significantly increase maximum amount that can be lifted. It is apparently due to the nitric oxide that is created by the body from it and that dilates the blood vessels, allowing more blood flow throughout the body.

    Short term: S/B/D of 405/275/500 by year's end. Off by 40/15/25 as of last attempts in Feb. The 500 pull is also a lifetime goal I've had since I was a kid and my old man took me to my first powerlifting meet. I've told myself if I can convincingly hit it in the garage I'll also sign up for my first meet just to say I've competed once.
